Our "house style”at Redmayne is a soft and natural construction of make. The clothing we make for you using this service will be nothing less than classic English Redmayne tailoring but with the convenience of having it made without you having to visit us in person (of course, so it should be as that's why you came to us in the first place). So for clarity, all our coats/jackets will have light shoulder construction, a soft fully canvassed body. Our lapel widths are never skimpy, neither are our pocket flaps. If your sample is of a style that doesn’t share much in common with our house style then we'll advise you of the differences again before we proceed.

From the video call with the team it takes approximately 10 weeks for us to create your copied garment.

We arrange a video call between yourself and our team (Monday-Friday, 9am-4:30pm GMT) using either WhatsApp or FaceTime. Should neither of these be an option we would be delighted to arrange a good old fashioned telephone conversation. We expect this call to take (in the region of) 30 minutes of your time.

Mr Mahon, our Head Cutter here at Redmayne, has personally selected a range of classic British cloths for our 'House Collection' which will work for the majority of occasions and requirements. These can be viewed by clicking "House Cloth".

Should you wish to select a non house cloth, links to various cloth merchants can be provided by the team and added to your order (An additional cloth supplement will be added depending on the cloth chosen).

We do not provide samples of our house cloths.

Should you choose a cloth from one of the British cloth merchants rather than our House Collection, you can typically request a sample directly from the merchants to your home.

We can arrange up to 5 samples from merchants on your behalf if you would prefer but please note there is a fee of £15 for this service.

As this is a remote service there are no fittings involved.

Whilst we will offer a degree of advice regarding cloth choice, this is limited.

Our Bespoke service is about the opportunity for you to collaborate with your Cutter to achieve the utmost pinnacle in aesthetics and comfort in your garments. Several fittings included as part of this service to achieve this result. Therefore, our Remote Service is not available for bespoke orders. However, we can partially utilise the service to expedite the initial measuring process, allowing us to prepare for a fitting for you. This option is particularly beneficial for international clients, helping to save time.
