The typical delivery time for a UK client or someone who frequents the UK regularly is 4 to 6 months. For North American clients it is around 12 months, for all others please contact us. All timescales given are dependent on your availability for fittings. We'll confirm the delivery time during your initial measuring appointment.

We price our bespoke garments based on English fine worsted cloth, suitable for most needs. However, the cost may vary depending on the cloth chosen, with exclusive options significantly adjusting the price. Any additional cloth costs will be clarified during your appointment.

Fortunately, our bespoke patterns offer flexibility for adjustments if needed. Normal fluctuations in weight are expected and easily accommodated.  If you experience significant weight changes before your fitting, please contact the team to discuss the adjustments that might need to be made for an accurate fitting process.

In theory, yes it can be. However, as each bespoke garment handmade they are unique even from a previous order, the cloth, stitches and environment mean that it behaves slightly differently. That's why we always schedule a fitting, regardless of how long you've been a Redmayne client. If you can’t come to see us for a while but want to start a new order, you can order a new suit remotely, and we can have a fitting ready for your next visit, saving you time.

In short, we prefer not to. We carefully select our cloth merchants, and if there are any issues with the cloth, we can order more or replace it as needed. On rare occasions, if we find a customer's cloth suitable for a commission, we may use it. However, this decision is made at our discretion, and there is no discount for using a customer's cloth.

The essence of bespoke is collaborating with your cutter to achieve the utmost in aesthetics and comfort. Therefore, our remote service is not available for bespoke orders. However, we can partially utilise the service to expedite the initial measuring process, allowing us to prepare for a fitting for you. This option is particularly beneficial for international clients, helping to save time.
