Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds

Accessories and Ready To Be Worn Garments

If you're not delighted with the fit or any aspect of your purchase from Redmayne, you have thirty (30) days from the delivery date to contact our office and arrange the return your purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@redmayne1860.com. Please do not attempt to return an item unless this has already been arranged with ourselves.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused (apart from trying on for sizing purposes), with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All items will be examined by Redmayne for signs of wear and use before a refund is processed.

If your return request is accepted:

  1. If you are returning an item due to a change of mind you will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return. We would advise using a fully insured service. Please see the "Refunds" section below for the next steps.

  2. If you are returning an item due to defect or incorrect goods received we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please see the "Refunds" section below for the next steps.

Redmayne cannot be held liable for lost or stolen orders being returned beyond our reasonable control. Such as returns to the wrong address or outside our return period.

Please Note - Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at hello@redmayne1860.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Bespoke, Suit Copy and Made To Measure garments
Due to the personal nature of these items they are not eligible for return/refund unless due to damage/defect which can otherwise not be resolved.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt of the item/s and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item/s, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You have 7 days from receipt of the item/s to report any issue, after this time you are considered to have accepted the item "as is".

If we agree alteration/repairs are needed to any garment we would, in the first instance, advise these are carried out by a tailor local to the customer with a pre-agreed value cap. Once the receipt for this work is presented to us we will issue a refund to the original payment method, timescale as detailed in the "Refunds" section below.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@redmayne1860.com.
