Requirements :

Experienced time served as a coat maker/tailor. Must be prepared to locate to our Cumbria workshop. Competitive salary and very nice working conditions. Hours and pay are dependant on the level of experience.

 

- Bespoke Trouser Maker -

Requirements :

Experienced time served as a trouser maker/tailor. Must be prepared to locate to our Cumbria workshop. Competitive salary and very nice working conditions. Hours and pay are dependant on the level of experience.

 

- Alterations Tailor -

Requirements : 

Experienced alteration tailor for mens tailored suits. Experience in the industry is necessary for this position and the job will be on site at our workshop alongside our other bespoke tailors and finishers. Hours and pay are dependant on the level of experience.

 

- General Assistant -

Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and versatile General Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of our business. From quality control checks to maintaining a clean and safe working environment, this role requires a proactive individual capable of multitasking and working effectively within a team.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for employees and customers.
  • Assist in packaging and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaise with office staff to coordinate tasks and communicate any relevant information.
  • Ensure all operations are carried out efficiently within company guidelines and procedures.
  • Welcome and assist customers, addressing their enquiries and providing support as needed.
  • Maintain the appearance and atmosphere of the shop, including displays and signage, to enhance the customer experience.
  • Adhere to a smart dress code while representing the company professionally.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in basic computer skills to perform tasks such as data entry, inventory management, and email correspondence.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely and consistently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and email applications.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve standing, lifting, and moving objects.
